Delivery deliver in Sweden, Finland och Denmark.
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, usually the same day or within three days (working days). Any orders placed on weekend/holidays will be processed on the following working day. Public holidays can bring any extra day.
Payment in advance affects the delivery time by how quickly we receive the payment.
The package can be tracked using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Once the order is sent, the delivery responsibilities goes to shipping company that delivers  on time.
Delay is not guaranteed for goods if leaving our warehouse.
That means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you may be longer than that specified as normal.
You, as customer always have the right to cancel the purchase if delivery delays.
Contact customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.


Shipping method

Deliveries are sent by standard mail PostNord, but could also be delivered by DHL.

Withdrawal and return:

You must be of legal age or have guardian consent to use the right of withdrawal and return.
As a customer, you always have 14 days withdrawal under the "Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen".
The withdrawal period starts from the date you received the goods.
The time that you as a consumer have the right to change your mind is called withdrawal period.
The right does not apply if the withdrawal period is out, the product is used, damaged or is in unsaleable condition.
If the goods are not in the same state some delivered, we may make a price deduction equal to the product's depreciation.
For skin care products also applies unbroken seal.
A seal may consist of a tape or a sealed plastic bag, which must not be opened to the right of return to be used.

Following information needed:

- customer/order number or anything to prove that the goods are bought by us;
- your name and contact information;
- products item nr and short description;
- your account nr in case of pay back of money (bank and account number).

Pu&Re Butik Stockholm HB should confirm, approve and the withdrawal period should not expired before the return is made.
Return your package with with Postnords vadderade bubbelpåse or PostNord Företagspaket.
Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery.
Customer pays the return cost and is responsible for the goods until it has reached us.
We will refund the return costs if the return has been made because of wrong delivered item or product.

In the "konsumentverkets" website there is a withdrawal form that you as a consumer can use - for us it´s enough if you contact us before the return.
